Home is where the nest is

I haven’t blogged in a while…I have been uninspired to write.  Today I found something to be inspired about.

I’m so glad my sister-in-law sent me this picture today.  Kansas will always be home for me, no matter where I live.  I’ve been missing it quite a lot lately.  I miss little things like, how clean everything is, how big the homes are, how new and up to date the buildings are, how high the personal level of presentation is, how the people aren’t consistently rude….and how even at Costco when a goose makes the landscape of a median of a parking lot her nest to lay eggs to hatch and raise her young in the spring, they cone off the area around it for her so no person and no cars can disturb her.
